Free Shipping
All orders within the USA, Australia, Canada and New Zealand qualify for Free Shipping. For all other destinations, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding public holidays), unless a temporary lead-time notice appears directly beneath the Add to Cart button on the product page. When present, that notice overrides the standard processing window.

Can I Track My Order?
Yes. All of our orders come with complimentary tracking. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Salty Barrel Hot Tubs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Most of our products are too large to fit in a P.O. box. If you are ordering a large item (hot tub or Coil Kit) please provide a full address.
