We’ve got your back for life.

Every Salty Barrel product comes with a limited lifetime warranty. That means if something breaks under normal use, we’ll send you a replacement part — simple as that.

What’s Covered

• Any part that breaks or fails due to a manufacturing fault

• Failures resulting from normal use and proper maintenance

What’s Not Covered

This warranty doesn’t cover cosmetic wear, damage from misuse, improper setup, freeze damage (ice expansion), operating the coil without water (dry firing), commercial or rental use, or acts of nature.

How to Claim

1. Email us at contact@saltybarrelhottubs.com

2. Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

3. Attach photos and a description of the issue

We’ll assess your claim and, if it’s covered, we’ll send you a replacement part. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged part for inspection.

Important Notes

• This warranty is non-transferable.

• You must follow all care guidelines in the Owner’s Manual to remain covered.
